A fun and festive gin and champagne cocktail - this is great for a crowd!
Make the simple syrup by combining pomegranate juice, water, sugar, and rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan over medium high heat
Stir to dissolve the sugar and bring to a boil. Once boiling, immediately remove from heat and allow the rosemary to steep in the warm syrup
To make one glass of the pomegranate French 75, combine 1 oz gin, 1/2 oz lemon juice, and 1/2 oz pomegranate simple syrup then top with 3-4 oz of champagne
To make a pitcher of the pomegranate French 75, combine 8 oz gin, 4 oz lemon juice, and 4 oz pomegranate simple syrup then top each individual glass with champagne
